Don’t you worry girl we’ve got another trip coming up soon with another neighbor to share! We just can’t seem to get enough of Chicago!

I loved this post! I have 3 kids, and I’m often hesitant to travel with them, but you made it look so possible! You guys did so many cool things with your kids in tow!
This looks like a seriously magical trip!! I’m NOT a city girl at all and even just visiting anything over about 24 hours does me in – you make it look SO EASY!
Girl, I’ve got you covered! We are heading back in a few weeks and I am going to do a neighborhood guide too. It’s the perfect way to make a city feel small.

Chicago is on my top 5 US cities that I love and would consider living in. It offers so much to do and see, and the people and city layout are welcoming to all. Your post brought back fond memories of the windy city. 🙂
Elizabeth,
I would totally be lying if I didn’t say we missed living in the windy city! There is so much to do there and my kids absolutely love how busy it is. We will be back there in just a few weeks with a new neighborhood post coming your way!

From one fellow Chicagoan to another (!) I love all the places you chose to bring your family back for the holidays. I’m so happy you had a wonderful visit. (and three cheers for Detroit! It’s really growing strong!) I’m from Ann Arbor. xo! ~D
Yes girl! We love that city, I’d be lying if I said we didn’t miss it all the time. Detroit is for sure making a come back, but we’ve got a whole lot of work to go! Ann Arbor on the other hand holds a happy place in my heart!
