So here is what we will do. In the first conversation, before you have spent anything, we will give you a realistic range for the work you are describing. If it aligns with what you had in mind, we will keep going. If it does not, we will tell you honestly what your budget can build in this market — and if that is not us, we will point you toward someone good.

  • Phase 01 — Discovery

    A conversation to understand the home, the family, and the work ahead.

    We begin with a discovery call, followed by an in-home visit. We ask more questions than most teams — about how you move through the house, what you want to protect, and what you want to change. By the end of discovery, both sides know whether this is the right partnership.

  • Phase 02 — Pre-Construction & Design

    The most important phase of any renovation.

    This is where most projects are won or lost. The ones that skip this phase are the ones that discover their real budget in month four. We develop architectural plans, interior design direction, material selections, and a detailed scope with transparent pricing. Every major decision is resolved before we break ground — which is why our projects stay on schedule and on budget.

  • Phase 03 — Proposal & Agreement

    A clear, documented path forward.

    A line-by-line proposal, a realistic timeline, and a clear client agreement. Nothing in small print. Nothing to discover later.

  • Phase 04 — Construction

    Led by a working general contractor. Documented weekly.

    Your project is managed through Buildertrend — daily logs, schedules, documents, and a direct line to the team. You always know what is happening this week, next week, and the week after. No chasing. No guessing.

  • Phase 05 — Interior Design & Reveal

    The home is not complete until it is fully lived in.

    Furniture, lighting, art direction, and final styling are woven into the schedule from the beginning. On reveal day, you walk into a finished home — not a construction site with a couch delivered to it.
