Our Lighthouse + Greenwood project reimagined a classic 1970s ranch from the ground up, transforming it into a warm, modern sanctuary designed for the rhythms of an active, growing family. Every inch of the interior was thoughtfully rebuilt to support both function and flow—blending sustainability with timeless elegance through natural materials, layered textures, and a rich palette of warm tones. The result is a first floor that feels grounded yet elevated, where open living spaces invite connection, and every design choice serves a purpose, now and well into the future.
