Our Penniman + Calle Ticia first floor remodel strikes a beautiful balance between form and function, delivering a refined semi-open concept that thoughtfully connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The newly remodeled kitchen is rich with character—layering deep, earthy cabinetry tones with brass hardware, matte black appliances, and a handcrafted archway that frames the transition to the living area, paying homage to the 1950s bungalow. Just beyond, a custom dining banquette and built-in dry bar offer tailored moments for gathering and entertaining, while maintaining the clean lines and curated textures that define the home’s modern-classic aesthetic.
