Each of these began as one family's idea of home. We built it exactly as they pictured it, down to the details and built it to be lived in for the rest of their lives.

Clark and Aldine is Michael and Danielle, and the team they lead on every whole-home remodel across Metro Detroit. Most remodels get lost in the handoffs between designer, builder, and crew. We keep it one team, start to finish, with Michael running the build and Danielle leading the look, so every decision is made by someone you know and talk to directly. We take on only a few remodels at a time, which is why the process feels handled instead of stressful.

Most whole-home remodels run 6 to 24 months from the first conversation to move-back-in, depending on the size of the home and the scope of the work. We'll give you a realistic timeline before anything starts, and because one team handles the whole project, there are no gaps waiting on a handoff between a designer, a builder, and a crew. You'll always know what's happening and what's next.

Every home is different, so there's no honest one-size answer, but whole-home remodels with us typically start around $800K. We'll walk you through real numbers early, before you're committed to anything, so the budget is clear from the start instead of creeping up on you mid-project. Our goal is no surprises.

For most whole-home remodels, we recommend moving out for the duration. The work is extensive enough that living on-site slows the project down and makes daily life stressful. We'll talk through your situation and help you plan the timing so the transition is as smooth as possible.

We handle everything. Michael runs the build and Danielle leads the design, from layout to final styling, all under one team. You don't need to hire and coordinate a separate architect, builder, and interior designer, and nothing gets lost in the handoffs between them. It's one group of people, responsible for the whole thing.

As involved as you want to be. Some clients want a say in every finish; others want to make the big decisions and trust us with the rest. Either way, you work directly with Michael and Danielle, so there's no coordinator or project manager in between, and you'll always know exactly who to talk to.
