Most custom kitchens take four to six months of construction. Pre-construction — design, permitting, and material sourcing — runs eight to twelve weeks before we break ground.
Most builders won't answer this. Our signature kitchens begin at $250,000 — design, custom cabinetry, stone, lighting, appliances, construction, and final styling, including the adjacent rooms. Anything above that depends on square footage, structure, and finish level. If that's not your range, tell us. We'll point you toward someone good.

Every project we build is fully permitted and inspected — no exceptions. Permits protect you as a homeowner, and inspections ensure the work behind your walls meets the standard it should. If a contractor is skipping this step, that's worth asking about.
